How are the Bongiovi Brand Pasta Sauces made?

The aromatic-spicy sauces from Bongiovi Brand contain only the finest ingredients from Italy, France, Spain and Switzerland.

In a special process and with constant stirring, the delicious sauces become an incomparable culinary delight. As with la Mama, the entire preparation takes around 24 hours - only then can all the flavors develop fully!

The finest herbs, spices and healthy garden vegetables round off the taste. With a lot of dedication and specialist knowledge, our team ensures that the high quality of the ingredients and the excellent taste always remains constant. The three flavors that are currently offered are based on the secret family recipes of the Bongiovis.

After the boling process, the finished sauces are poured into jars, and then immediately cooled down. You can follow the process in this video.

Our sauces contain no additives or preservatives. They are also gluten-free and have a very low sugar content compared to conventional sauces.
