Recipe #2: Baked Zucchini with Bongiovi Marinara Sauce

Great Grandmothers Rezepte #2: Überbackene Zucchini mit Bongiovi «Marinara»-Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 jar "Bongiovi Marinara-Sauce"
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar small peppers or garlic cloves

PREPARATION:

Cut the zucchini lengthwise into strips and bake in the oven at 180° C (350° F) for 8–10 minutes, or a little longer if you want them crispy.

Remove the zucchini and brush each strip with Bongiovi Marinara Sauce. Spread the peppers or garlic cloves along with the cheese over the zucchini. Bake for another 3 minutes.
 

TIP:

Serve with wild rice or your favorite pasta.
